Shirley has been an integral part of the real estate industry for nearly three decades, starting as a real estate office and team Manager in 1995 and becoming a licensed Realtor in 2003. She holds prestigious certifications, including CNE I and II (Certified Negotiation Expert) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), showcasing her expertise in negotiation and working with senior clients. Originally from Lancaster, Shirley is also an adult graduate of Otterbein University, where she earned a BA in English Literature with Honors and pursued MBA coursework.
