Mary has been a lifelong resident of Central Ohio, with deep roots in the real estate industry. Growing up with parents who flipped homes long before it became a trend, she developed a passion for transforming properties. Together with her husband, Tuck, Mary has also bought, remodeled, and sold homes, often completing much of the work themselves.

Her family’s business, Rolling Acres Quarter Horse Shows and Craft Shows, along with farming 1,300 acres in Delaware, Ohio, taught Mary the importance of hard work and exceptional customer service from a young age. Starting at just 16, she learned two key principles from her parents: “Treat everyone exactly how you want to be treated” and “Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement—good or bad, it travels fast.” These values have shaped her approach to real estate.
