Fireplace Reno Hack | The Powell Buehler Group
A lot of our new build clients are opting out of the fireplace upgrade because it adds a lot of cost for something you don’t use year round. So here’s a reno tip for anyone without a fireplace that can add value without much cost!
This is a condo our clients did an amazing job updating! They added white brick to the wall to give it a fireplace feel with an electric fireplace!
You can use a tile or veneer that looks like brick to get this same affect.
This is a great trick for any space without a fireplace, including apartments.
Make sure to include a good size mantle to fill the space. It gives you a focal point for the room that’s a little more cozy then your standard TV stand.
Let me know if you’ve done this project in your own house! 🏡🔨
